In addition, Steph has been represented as an actress by Pastorini-Bosby Talent Agency since May 2008. Previous roles include National Sales Consultant at CSz Worldwide, Sales Director at CSz Houston, and Director of Creative Sales at ComedySportz of Chicago, showcasing a strong background in creative sales and event management. Academically, Steph holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Sam Houston State University.
