Kisha Augustine

Kisha Augustine has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Kisha currently holds the position of Global Director, Education & Artistry at Pat McGrath Cosmetics, starting in March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Manager, Education & Artistry from June 2019 to June 2022 and as the Sales & Education Manager from September 2017 to June 2019, both within the same company.

Before working at Pat McGrath Cosmetics, Kisha worked as a freelance Makeup Artist, starting in January 2001. Kisha has also worked as a Business Development Manager at The Powder Group/On Makeup Magazine from July 2013 to January 2017.

Additionally, Kisha co-founded The Makeup Lab Artistry in January 2009 and served as Co-Founder until April 2015. Kisha'searliest work experience in the beauty industry was as a Retail Manager at MAC Cosmetics, where they worked from November 1999 to January 2009.
