Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an accomplished software development leader with extensive experience in the banking and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM Pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included leading BPM-Pega practice solutions and customer discussions. With a strong architectural background, Sebastiraj's previous roles encompass senior architect and solutions architect positions at Lloyds TSB, FedEx Services, MasterCard, and Level 3 Communications, where expertise in BPM architecture, team management, and business process optimization was demonstrated.
