Zack West

Zack West has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zack most recently worked at Patagonia Health as a Project Manager, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Sales Executive at AmpliFund from December 2022 to February 2023.

Zack has also held positions at Patagonia Health, where they served as the Director of Business Development from August 2018 to December 2022. In this role, they successfully managed the company's key territory in Public Health, leading cross-team collaborations and securing multiple RFI/RFP wins, including the first statewide contract. Zack exceeded their sales quota by closing over $200k in Q1 of 2019.

Before their time at Patagonia Health, Zack worked at MobileSmith as an Account Executive from October 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Lead Development Executive from October 2015 to October 2016. In these roles, they performed cold calling and emailing of new leads, scheduled and conducted demos or conference calls with potential clients, and provided valuable information about the MobileSmith platform.

Zack also has experience as a Remarketing Specialist at Consolidated Asset Recovery Systems from August 2014 to October 2015, where they organized and controlled the sales process of repossessed vehicles. Zack quickly gained responsibility for the largest and most demanding account at the company.

Before that, Zack worked at Greensboro Auto Auction as a Fleet Office Bookkeeper from August 2013 to August 2014. In this role, they managed two of the largest accounts and handled customer service involving buyers and sellers on a daily basis.

Their early work experience includes a role as an Appliance Sales Specialist at Lowe's Home Improvement from 2012 to 2013, where they provided customer service and initiated sales in the appliance department. Prior to that, Zack worked as an Edge Supervisor at Campus Recreation/Outdoor Adventures from 2010 to 2012, where they provided customer service, scheduled participants for adventure trips, and maintained equipment for safety.

Zack's earliest experience in the workforce was as a Head Lifeguard at the YMCA from July 2008 to August 2010. In this role, they supervised a team of lifeguards and swim instructors, managed scheduling, and ensured safety protocols were followed.

Zack West studied at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History.
