Annie Mong

Annie Mong is a Senior Product Designer at Patagonia, specializing in Women's Swim and Performance Sport since October 2023. Prior to this role, Mong worked as a Senior Apparel Designer at Florence Marine X, where responsibilities included leading menswear design in collaboration with World Champion surfer John Florence and overseeing the product lifecycle. Experience as a Senior Sport Apparel Designer at RVCA involved creating seasonal performance products, while a significant tenure at Hurley encompassed various roles, ultimately contributing to the development of best-selling women's swimwear in partnership with 5X World Champion surfer Carissa Moore. Mong holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from Otis College of Art and Design, earned in 2012.
