Casey Shaw

Casey Shaw has extensive experience in the outdoor apparel and equipment industry, currently serving as the Manager of Advanced Research & Design at Patagonia since August 2011. In this role, Casey focuses on uncovering fundamental truths to drive innovation. Prior to Patagonia, Casey founded Wingnut Designs, where responsibilities included design, materials and technology development, prototyping, and performance evaluation from 2002 to 2011. Additionally, Casey worked as a designer for the Ascent Line at Arc'teryx Equipment Inc. and held a designer-developer position at Cloudveil. Casey's educational foundation is from the University of Manitoba.
