Janice Talley

Janice Talley currently serves as the Skills & Experience Ecosystem Sr. Manager at Patagonia, where responsibilities include membership on the Environmental Grants Council, focusing on Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in environmental grant approvals. With a strong background in talent and organizational development at T-Mobile from 2003 to 2022, Janice held various managerial roles including Manager of Consumer Group Human Design & Development, Community & Social Impact Manager, and Manager of Social Media, overseeing team development and enhancing company performance. Janice also contributed to training and support efforts through positions such as Facilitation Trainer and Social Support Team Supervisor. Education is being pursued at Colorado State University Global.
