Junko Umeura

Junko Umeura currently serves as the Director of Operations, People and Culture at Patagonia since February 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Compensation Benefits Manager at Prada Group from April 2019 to January 2025 and as Human Resources Director at Mubea from May 2017 to April 2019, overseeing HR for Mubea Japan and Mubea Suspension Components Japan Co., Ltd. Additionally, Junko held the position of Human Resources Director at Videojet Technologies from May 2015 to May 2017, managing HR for the PID group encompassing Danaher, Videojet, Esko graphic, and X-rite. Junko also served as Human Resources Director at C&C Media Co., Ltd. from August 2011 to May 2015, leading the Management Division, which included General Affairs, HR, Legal, and Public Relations. Junko holds degrees in Arts, with a focus on English Literature, from Ohu University and the University of Washington.
