Lisa Ella Jean Harrison

Lisa Ella Jean (Gordon) Harrison is an experienced data governance and analytics professional currently serving as the Director of Data Products and Enablement at Patagonia since 2022, while also holding the role of Data Governance Lead. Prior to this, Lisa was the Senior Director of Data Governance - Policies, Standards, and Compliance at JLL from December 2015 to April 2022. At The Walt Disney Company, from September 2012 to December 2015, Lisa advanced from Manager to Senior Analyst in Data Governance, where key contributions included designing a robust franchise layer within the Customer Data Environment and optimizing marketing campaign responses through innovative data analysis techniques. Additional experience includes analytical roles at The New Teacher Project, Achievement First, and Harlem Children's Zone. Lisa holds a BA in Sociology from Harvard University and a Master's in Sociology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
