Lisa Polley has extensive experience at Patagonia, having served in various leadership roles since 1999. Currently, Lisa holds the position of Director of Digital Operations, where leadership of a multi-disciplinary team focuses on shaping and executing the company's digital presence across strategy and implementation. Previously, as Global Marketing Operations Manager, Lisa optimized the go-to-market process and led global campaigns aligned with brand and environmental initiatives. Additional roles include Web Development Producer, Project Manager for web projects, and Image Asset Coordinator, where contributions spanned from project delivery to efficient management of product information. Lisa is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
