Rebecca Mills-Wadsworth

Rebecca Mills-Wadsworth is an experienced professional with a diverse background in visual leadership, customer experience, environmental health and safety, manufacturing, and educational mentorship. Currently serving as Visual Team Lead at Patagonia since January 2023, Rebecca previously held the role of Customer Experience Guide at Patagonia from April to September 2022. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Baker Hughes as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist, playing a pivotal role in site OSHA VPP recertification and managing regulatory environmental reporting. Additional experience includes verifying inventory and manufacturing at Elemental LED Inc., as well as various mentoring positions at the University of Nevada, Reno, where Rebecca supported engineering students through education outreach and research assistant roles. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, earned in 2020.
