Lead Frontend Engineer at PatchRx

AnneMarie Sabatini has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. AnneMarie began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the UNT Department of Educational Psychology in 2016. The following year, they worked as a Receptionist at Elite Spa. In 2018, they became a Peer Mentor and HiLT (Human Intelligence and Language Technologies) Lab Research Assistant at the UNT Department of Computer Science and Engineering. In 2019, they took on the role of Code Coach and Code Coordinator at theCoderSchool. In 2020, they worked as a Software Tester at General Motors. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Lead Frontend Engineer and Lead Mobile Developer at PatchRx. As Lead Mobile Developer, their responsibilities included updating the mobile application backend interface to work with Auth0, GraphQL, and Apollo Client, as well as onboarding, organizing, and guiding interns in short-term React Native tasks for the mobile application. As Lead Frontend Engineer, their responsibilities included restructuring the React Next.js web application to be component-driven and implementing Stripe, Storybook, and styled-components, as well as working with Docker, GitHub (Actions), Terraform, and a variety of AWS services (CodePipeline, S3, Systems Manager, etc.) to automate the software release process.

AnneMarie Sabatini received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas in 2020. Prior to that, they attended the Texas Academy of Math and Science from 2015 to 2017, where they completed their high school studies.
