Kent Hayden

Kent Hayden joined Pate Rehabilitation in 1991 and has served as president since 2002. He has a degree in business administration and extensive experience in the insurance industry. Kent is responsible for day-to-day administration of Pate Rehabilitation. He oversees multiple facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Kent is a strong advocate for brain injury rehabilitation in the profession and in the community at large. Kent was elected to the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) board of directors for 2017. He is also the Council Chair for the BIAA Business and Professional Council.
