Martijn Zuiderbaan

Martijn Zuiderbaan currently serves as the VP of Cloud, Data, and AI at PAteam, focusing on customer experience transformation through AI-driven automation and big data analytics. Prior experience includes holding the position of Chief Commercial Officer, where comprehensive commercial strategies were developed to drive revenue growth and market share. Martijn's background at IKEA Group includes roles such as Solution Owner for NICE Robotics, responsible for the global coordination of robotic automation software, along with earlier positions in forecasting and goods flow. Additional leadership roles have been held at Van Swinderen Huys, Deltaserat, and HCSF. Martijn holds a BSc in Pharmacy and has participated in the Honours Program at the University of Groningen.
