Coty Hylton

Coty Hylton's work experience includes serving as the VP, Associate General Counsel at Patelco Credit Union, where they ensure compliance with laws and regulations, provide legal advice for business matters, and review contracts. They also worked at Crown Castle, first as a Managing Counsel, where they drafted and negotiated complex contracts and provided legal advice to stakeholders. Then, they became a Senior Attorney, drafting and negotiating contracts related to wireless infrastructure. Prior to that, Coty Hylton served as an Attorney at Crown Castle, performing similar duties. They also gained experience as a Law Clerk at NextG Networks, Inc., assisting with contract drafting and filings. Coty Hylton's early work experience includes being a Legal Extern at Miller, Morton, Caillat, & Nevis, conducting legal research and assisting with litigation and transactional documents.

Coty Hylton obtained a JD degree from Santa Clara University School of Law from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, Coty Hylton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology (Law and Society) from the University of California, Davis, during the period of 2003 to 2007. Coty Hylton also obtained a certification in Leading at Crown Castle from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2021.
