Hidi Niioka

Hidi Niioka is a distinguished leader in the field of intellectual property and commercialization, currently serving as the CEO of IP Nexus since January 2014, where the focus is on building startup companies through collaborations with inventors and research institutes, particularly in Asia. In addition, Hidi Niioka holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at Patentfield, a prominent patent search and analytics platform, since April 2017. Previous experience includes serving as CEO of IPCAPITAL LTD. and as a Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banker at Deutsche Bank. Hidi Niioka has a robust background in IP monetization and fund formation as a Senior Associate at Frohwitter Law Firm, and has research experience from the Max Planck Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Stanford Law School, a Ph.D. from Universität des Saarlandes, and a Staatsexamen from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
