Jack Tse

Jack Tse is an accomplished professional in urban development and civil engineering, currently serving as the Director of Development at Path Construction since October 2023. Previously, Jack held the position of Senior Development Manager at Brookfield Properties, where responsibilities included managing various aspects of the Pier 70 project in San Francisco. Prior roles include Development Manager at Northern California Community Loan Fund, providing real estate consulting to government and nonprofit organizations, and Program Manager at Portola Neighborhood Association, overseeing the revitalization of San Bruno Avenue. Jack's experience also encompasses project management with the City of Burnaby and civil engineering at Sinclair Knight Merz. Jack holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning from The University of British Columbia and dual bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering and Finance from The University of Western Australia.
