Barclay Kadiebwe is a seasoned senior program manager in the Emergency Preparedness and Response Department with 20 years of experience in public health, particularly in humanitarian crises and conflict settings. They have coordinated multiple emergency response initiatives, including significant polio and measles outbreak responses across the Democratic Republic of Congo and the broader African region. Currently, they lead health-focused projects funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation at PATH, focusing on strategic planning and capacity building.
