Vivian Korir

Vivian Korir is a Digital Health and Workforce Development leader with over 14 years of experience in designing and implementing capacity strengthening initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa. Currently, they serve as the Program Manager for Capacity Strengthening at Digital Square (PATH), where they lead multi-country projects aimed at enhancing digital health skills, leadership, and workforce capacity. Vivian co-authored the Foundational Digital Literacy Competency Framework for Community Health Workers and has worked with various global health organizations, including WHO and UNICEF, to align investments with national health priorities. They continue to expand their qualifications with ongoing studies in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration.
