Russell B. Baker

Russell completed his Computer Science undergraduate work at Millersville University and his Master’s in Business Administration at Loyola University in Baltimore. His career began at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland where he served in multiple roles as part of the Information Technology Division. Russell moved on to T. Rowe Price Associates, Information Technologies, where he held the title of Assistant Vice President. Russ is an original founder of Path Technologies.
