Matthew Dressman

Matthew Dressman is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various prominent organizations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Path with Art since January 2021, Dressman focuses on leveraging creative engagement to aid individuals in recovery from homelessness and addiction. In previous roles, Dressman held significant positions, including Director of Engineering at Xembly, where responsibilities included steering global AI initiatives, and Senior Engineering Manager at Coinbase, leading the launch of an NFT platform. Additional experience encompasses a Principal Engineering Manager role at Microsoft, where operational improvements were made for Microsoft Teams, and various leadership positions at Porch Group, Decibel Festival, and What The Festival. Dressman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University.
