Kelsey Luu

Kelsey Luu is a Machine Learning Engineer II at PathAI since September 2022, previously holding the position of Machine Learning Engineer. Kelsey has a breadth of experience in computational sciences, including a Computational Sciences Internship at Prime Medicine, Inc. and a Graduate Researcher role at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where a gene signature classifier was developed to predict patient response to cancer immunotherapy. Additional experience includes internships at Genestack and Fred Hutch, focusing on deep learning frameworks for drug discovery and statistical analyses of genomic data, respectively. Kelsey also contributed to bioinformatics and research projects at Seattle Children's Hospital and the University of Washington, with educational credentials including a Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Washington.
