Yuri Kogan

Yuri Kogan is an experienced product manager and customer success professional with a strong background in managing client relationships and developing strategic initiatives. Currently at PathFactory since November 2019, Yuri has excelled in conducting customer engagement and business reviews, leading a team of three, and facilitating enablement sessions for the Customer Success team. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Success Manager at Maropost, focusing on client education and the execution of quarterly business reviews, and eight years at Computershare as a Relationship Manager where perfect client retention and effective communication with executive levels were achieved. Yuri also has entrepreneurial experience as the proprietor of BYTE IT PC, where business operations and client education programs were implemented. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and Georgian College.
