Courtney L. Boudreau

Courtney L. Boudreau, DrPH, currently serves as the Gender & Violence Specialist and Senior Global MEL Manager at Pathfinder International, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing a monitoring and learning system for the Act with Their project, co-leading the organization's safeguarding policy, and conducting gender equity assessments. Previous roles at Pathfinder involved managing data collection and analysis for sexual and reproductive health projects across multiple countries. Early experience includes research assistant roles focused on quantitative data analysis and health program assessments, as well as a position as Technical Research Coordinator in a sleep medicine division. Courtney L.
