Haika Mandari

Haika Mandari is a seasoned professional in public health and project management, currently serving as the Country Senior Portfolio Advisor for AYSRH at Pathfinder International, where responsibilities include leading the AYSRH portfolio projects and integrating gender mainstreaming interventions in Tanzania. Prior experience includes an Associate Project Director and Country Lead role at YLabs, where leadership facilitated the successful execution of the Kijana Nahodha project, and a Senior Technical Advisor position at Pathfinder International, focusing on enhancing public health outcomes in HIV/AIDS and maternal and child health. Additional roles encompass management and technical positions across various organizations, including Care International and EngenderHealth, with a strong emphasis on gender integration and behavior change in health services. Haika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Health Services Management and a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management, supplemented by certifications in Data Analysis for Decision Making from the University of Cape Town.
