Racheal Najjemba

Racheal Najjemba currently serves as a Global Business Partner in Talent Acquisition at Pathfinder International, where responsibilities include promoting an environment conducive to attracting, hiring, and retaining qualified candidates, alongside developing comprehensive strategies with the Chief Human Resources Officer. Racheal previously held the role of Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Pathfinder, overseeing talent acquisition strategies and processes. Prior experience includes positions at the International Rescue Committee as a Country Human Resources and Administration Officer, and at World Vision Uganda as a People and Culture Officer, managing recruitment processes and workforce planning. Racheal has also worked as a Human Resources Officer at SolarNow BV and served in administrative and assistant roles at MTN and Ubuntu Capital. Racheal holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Makerere University.
