Sharon O'Daniel

Sharon O'Daniel currently serves as the Director of Operations, Security, Organizational Standards and Effectiveness at Pathfinder International since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Senior Global Operations Manager at Tetra Tech from March 2017 to January 2023 and worked as Project Process and Systems Manager. Sharon's career began at Management Sciences for Health, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Contracts Officer from May 2000 to January 2017. Sharon O'Daniel holds a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior from the University of South Carolina, obtained between 2020 and 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Eurasian Studies from Bard College.
