Momo Dahlke is a skilled professional with experience in case management, education, and workforce development, currently serving as a CCS Independent Life Skills Case Manager at Pathfinders since November 2021. Previously, Momo worked as an Americorps Vista, focusing on employment and education preparation for youth at a Drop-In Center and managing the IRIS Program, a workforce development initiative for LGBTQ youth at the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce. Additional experience includes roles as a Resident Experience Associate at 7Seventy7 Luxury Apartments and assistant swim coach positions at SHOREWOOD SWIM CLUB FOUNDATION INC and Sage YMCA of Metro Chicago. Momo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
