Shomari A. McLemore, CPSP, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at PathPoint since September 2023. Previously, McLemore held the same position at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History and Sea Center from March 2021 to June 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Santa Barbara Zoo from May 2014 to February 2021, focusing on recruitment and onboarding. Prior experience includes roles as a Volunteer Program Manager and Case Worker at PathPoint, where responsibilities involved assisting and advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities. McLemore began a career in organizational leadership as a Program Director at The Y (YMCA), overseeing the fitness department. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Antioch University Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Westmont College.
