Clarke Lemons serves as the Executive Managing Director at Pathstone since May 2022, following the acquisition of Eaton Vance WaterOak Advisors, where Clarke held the position of Director Southeast from October 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, Clarke founded WaterOak Advisors in January 1997 and served as President until its acquisition by Eaton Vance in October 2020; the firm is recognized as an independent, Fee-Only wealth management entity managing a nationwide clientele of $2 billion in assets. Academic credentials include an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BA in History from Florida State University.
