Eric Stephenson

Eric Stephenson, CAIA, CFP®, currently serves as Managing Director at Pathstone, where the focus is on providing comprehensive family office services to ultra-high net worth families and entities. Prior to this role, Eric held multiple key positions at Align Impact, including Head of Advisory and Chief Compliance Officer, and was extensively involved in investment and operational oversight as part of the Investment and Executive Committees. Earlier in the career, Eric worked with the Cordes Foundation in various capacities, and gained experience in investment analysis at Sarona Asset Management and Hamilton Lane. Eric holds a BBA in Finance from Temple University and a MA in Education from the University of the Pacific, along with additional educational credentials from diverse institutions in leadership, language, and international studies.
