Beth Ormseth has extensive experience in operations and management roles within the financial services industry. Beth began their career at Citicorp - Bankcards Customer Service in 1991, where they held the position of Operations Manager. Beth then moved on to Citigroup - Student Loan Corporation Servicing in 1998 as a Senior Operations Manager, overseeing customer service call centers. In 2004, they became a Vice President / Director of Customer Service at Citigroup - CitiCards, where they managed the Sioux Falls call center and led multiple functions within CitiCards. Beth then joined Citigroup - Student Loan Corporation in 2006 as a Sr. Vice President - Director of Operations, responsible for strategic planning and servicing of a $43 billion portfolio. In 2011, Beth joined Discover Financial Services as Director - Student Loan Operations, where they managed operations and business planning for a $6+ billion portfolio. Finally, Beth joined Pathward in 2014 as SVP Operations, overseeing multiple operational units within MetaBank.

Beth Ormseth earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Application Programming from Black Hills State University between 1981 and 1983. Later on, between 2013 and 2015, they attended the University of Sioux Falls and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
