Angela H. Kim

Ms. Kim joined Pathway in 2021 and is a counsel in the California office. She is responsible for various legal and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including non-disclosure agreements and the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of private equity investment transactions.Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Kim was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP and at Dechert LLP, where she advised public and private companies in leveraged finance and other corporate finance transactions, including acquisition financings and private debt offerings. Ms. Kim received a BA in sociology from University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from Cornell Law School.
