Ashok K. Tripathi

Mr. Reynolds joined Pathway in 2018 and is a senior vice president of risk management in the California office. He oversees the firm’s operational due diligence review process, preparation of the firm’s SOC 1 audit reports, and SEC inquiries. Mr. Reynolds is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures of potential new investments to assess whether they follow industry best practices, on-going monitoring of the operational practices and regulatory compliance of existing investments, and assisting Pathway’s legal team in the review and negotiation of partnership documents as they relate to accounting, operational, and financial reporting requirements.Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Reynolds worked for Capital Group as a fund controller and manager in global portfolio accounting. Mr. Reynolds received a BS in accounting and an MBA from Villanova University.
