Edward J. Hoffman

Edward Hoffman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Pathway Capital Management since June 2020, Edward focuses on business development for private equity, private credit, and infrastructure strategies across the western United States. Previously, Edward was Managing Director at Verus, where responsibilities included serving as a strategic investment adviser to pension plans totaling nearly $20 billion. Edward also founded and led Season Consulting LLC, providing strategic advisory services to small- to mid-sized corporations. Earlier career positions include Client Service Executive at Causeway Capital Management, Vice President at Legg Mason, and Director of Retirement Services at Prudential Financial. Edward holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
