Garnik Baghdasaryan

Mr. Baghdasaryan joined Pathway in 2022 and is a valuation associate in the California office. His responsibilities include performing valuation analyses and creating valuation reports; conducting company, industry, and market research; leading valuation team development; analyzing and monitoring co-investments and their performance; and generating co-investment client reports. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Baghdasaryan worked as a senior analytic/valuation consultant at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, where he prepared enterprise valuations for SaaS-based companies and created and maintained portfolio and underwriting databases. He received a BS in quantitative economics, with minor in accounting, from University of California, San Diego. He is a CFA candidate–Level III.
