Mikael Sand

Mr. Sand joined Pathway in 2008 and is a director in the London office. He is responsible for investment analysis and conducting due diligence on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments; negotiating and reviewing investment vehicle documents; client reporting; and client servicing. He is also a member of Pathway’s private credit team, which invests across the private credit markets, including in direct lending, mezzanine, distressed, and opportunistic credit strategies. Mr. Sand serves on the advisory boards of several private market partnerships.Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Sand worked as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman. Mr. Sand received an MA, with first-class honors, in economics and management from University of Oxford. Mr. Sand is a CFA charterholder.
