Nicholas J. Siemsen

Mr. Siemsen joined Pathway in 2010 and is a director in the California office. His responsibilities include investment analysis and conducting due diligence on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments; investment monitoring; performance analysis; negotiating and reviewing investment vehicle documents; client reporting; and client servicing. Mr. Siemsen also oversees the continuing development of the firm’s proprietary New Investment Database. In this effort, Mr. Siemsen is responsible for expanding the capabilities of the database to assist the firm’s investment professionals in analyzing and comparing new investment opportunities. Mr. Siemsen serves on the advisory boards of several private market partnerships.Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Siemsen worked as a financial analyst at Raytheon Network Centric Systems. Mr. Siemsen received a BA in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a CFA charterholder.
