Simon Fitzgerald

Simon Fitzgerald serves as the Chief Funding & Partnerships Officer at Pathway Group since July 2023, where responsibilities include strategic vision and oversight of funding opportunities and partnerships. Previously, as Head of Funding at PET-Xi from January 2016 to June 2023, Simon designed and implemented growth strategies, successfully securing new funding streams and managing product development. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in funding and contracts at Pera Training, a Learning Manager position at Seetec with accountability for significant P&L contributions, and operational management at JHP Group Ltd overseeing large budgets. Simon's career began as Operations Manager at Remploy Ltd. Simon Fitzgerald's educational background includes attendance at Higham Lane Secondary School from 1991 to 1995.
