Darlene Santamour

Darlene Santamour is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner currently serving as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Pathway Healthcare and Wellness Family Practice since 2019, with a longstanding role at Preferred Pain Associates of Alabama since 2014. Darlene specializes in pain management, offering a range of treatments for conditions such as back pain, sciatica, and musculoskeletal disorders, as well as Suboxone therapy.
