Leslie Hayes

Leslie Hayes is the SVP Education & Entrepreneurship at Pathway Lending. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of the Pathway Women's Business Center from January 2016 to August 2018. Leslie was also the Director of the South Nashville Family Resource Center at Vanderbilt University from January 2009 to December 2013.

Leslie has dedicated their career to helping others reach their full potential. Leslie is a strong advocate for women's empowerment and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. Her experience in both the non-profit and education sectors have given their a unique perspective on how to best support individuals and families in need.

Leslie is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. Leslie received their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Vanderbilt University and their Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.

Leslie Hayes earned their Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures with a focus in Spanish and French from Tennessee State University. Leslie then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from the same school. Leslie is also certified in TESL from the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute.

They are on a team with Keith Hickey - SVP Lending, Scott Schumann - Portfolio Manager, and Kathy Morrison - Managing Director, Business Advisors. Leslie Hayes reports to Clinton B. Gwin, President & CEO.
