Arthur Deptala is a seasoned engineering executive with a comprehensive background in mechanical engineering and medical device development. As the CEO and co-founder of Pathway NPI since 2013, Arthur has driven the company's expansion into a full-service provider for early-stage medical device companies, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards and FDA registration. Previous roles include Mechanical Development Manager at Sotera Wireless, where Arthur led product development for patient-worn devices, and Senior Mechanical Engineer positions at Illumina and Kinetic Surgical, focusing on various design and manufacturing processes.
