Ken Labodda

Mr. LaBodda joined Pathway to Living in 2022 and serves as Regional Director of Facilities Management. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments as well as overseeing capital expenditures, preventive maintenance, and training and life safety.

Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. LaBodda worked at ​​Kindred Health Care and CHI Franciscan Villa and Enlivant. He has held various positions over his 35-year career that include Director of Plant Operations, Senior Director of Facilities Management, and Regional Director of Facilities Management.

He has furthered his career development and regulatory compliance knowledge by attending Milwaukee Area Technical College where he became ServSafe Certified, Pest Control Certified and OSHA Certified in Confined Space.
