Richard Larkin

Richard Larkin began their career in 1985 as the Community Living Services Director at Pathway Services Unlimited, Inc. Richard then took on the role of Head Coach/Special Olympics Athletic Director at Jacksonville Saints Special Olympics in the same year.

Richard Larkin graduated from Beardstown High School in Illinois, earning their High School Diploma. Richard then went on to attend the University of Illinois at Springfield from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in History. In 1986, Richard obtained multiple sports certifications through Special Olympics Illinois, and they also hold a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) certification from the State of Illinois.
