Rebekah Jones

Rebekah Jones, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rebekah most recently served as the Vice President of Dental Operations at Compass Health Network. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Community Treatment Inc. (COMTREA). In 2014, they co-owned a business called Headed West Outfitters. Rebekah also has experience as a Chief Operating Officer at Great Mines Health Center. Rebekah began their career as a Staff Accountant at Cochran Head Vick & Co Certified Public Accountants and later worked as an Accountant at North Lake Church.

Rebekah Jones, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Northwest Missouri State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Missouri Western State University. In addition to their formal education, Rebekah has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills and expertise. These certifications include completing the "Leadership Strategies for Evolving Health Care Executives" program at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in April 2022, becoming a certified Myers-Briggs Instructor for "Personality Assessment Type - istj" in April 2021, and successfully completing the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management in July 2018.
