Kristen Biancardi (Pierce)

Kristen (Pierce) Biancardi, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Leader and Diversity Liaison at Pathways Consulting Group since December 2016. Prior roles include Corporate Recruiter/Benefits Coordinator at DGA Security Systems, where skills in full-cycle recruiting and benefits coordination were developed, and Human Resources Coordinator at AMC Networks, providing administrative support for various HR functions.
