Saxon Miller is a Consultant at Pathways Executive Search, specializing in executive search guided by Indigenous values since September 2023. Prior to this role, Saxon served as a Consultant and Search Associate in the Indigenous Search Practice at Leaders International Executive Search from January 2021 to September 2023. Saxon has experience in academia as a Teaching Assistant in various courses within the Geography Department at The University of Winnipeg from June 2016 to March 2023, and held positions as a Research Assistant and Student Ambassador. Additional professional experience includes roles as a Junior Policy Analyst at Natural Resources Canada and a Compliance Administrator II at Investors Group. Saxon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Winnipeg, along with educational experiences at Université Laval and John Taylor Collegiate.
