Curtis Onofri MBA, CUBLP has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Curtis began their career as a Teller Manager at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company in 2003 before moving on to Fifth Third Bank as a Customer Service Manager. At Fifth Third Bank, they successfully led the conversion of a community bank to Fifth Third and played a key role in building a De Novo branch. Curtis then joined Fairwinds Credit Union as an Operations Manager, where they ensured operational and sales excellence and managed a team of 9 employees. Curtis later became the Branch Manager for CME Federal Credit Union's oldest branch, located in Downtown Columbus. Currently, Curtis is the Chief Lending Officer at Pathways Financial Credit Union, where they focus on customer-centric financial products and services.

Curtis Onofri holds an MBA degree in Business, which they obtained from Franklin University in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at UCF College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting between 2000 and 2003. Before attending UCF, Curtis attended Edison State Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Programming.

In addition to their academic achievements, Curtis has obtained several certifications. Curtis became a Credit Union Business Lending Professional (CUBLP) in August 2017, certified by the Credit Union National Association. In July 2011, they completed the NMLS certification from the State Regulatory Registry LLC. Furthermore, they became a Notary of the Public in October 2010, certified by the state of Ohio.
