J Andrew Tarbox has a diverse work experience in the financial industry, with roles in various credit unions and lending institutions. J Andrew started their career in 1995 at Norwest Financial as a Credit/Assistant Manager, where they developed loan business and trained new employees. J Andrew then joined Wells Fargo Financial in 1997 as a Hub and Spoke Manager, where they implemented a prototype management structure and managed growth and delinquency of a receivable group. In 2001, they became an Area Manager at Centex Home Equity, overseeing a sub-prime mortgage office. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at First Service Federal Credit Union as a Loan Services Manager/Call Center Manager, achieving portfolio growth. In 2005, they moved to Western Credit Union as the Vice President of Lending and I.T., monitoring portfolio quality and designing loan programs. Lastly, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Pathways Financial Credit Union from 2013 onwards, responsible for data delivery systems and information security.
J Andrew Tarbox completed their high school education at Upper Arlington High School from 1986 to 1990. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at Ohio University from 1991 to 1995. During their time at Ohio University, they focused on Business Administration, International Business, and Finance and Economics.
