Francine Dillard

Francine Dillard has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Francine served as the Director of Learning and Development at Pathways from April 2018 to the present, overseeing services in 17 states. Prior to this, they were the Senior Learning Manager at ISACA from 2016 to 2018, and the Manager of Global Learning and Talent Management at A.T. Kearney from 2009 to 2016.

Francine Dillard completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Loyola University Chicago. Francine then pursued a Master of Science in Finance at Saint Xavier University and later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution in 2016.
